Crisp is a shared inbox for small companies, priced flat per workspace rather than per conversation — with the number of people who can answer set by the plan. Human Reply does one thing, simply: your website's chats land in your team's Telegram group, everyone there can answer, and the price is one figure per site.

Choose Crisp if you want one inbox for email, chat and the other channels, with a knowledge base and private notes behind it.
Choose Human Reply if your team already lives in Telegram, several people should be able to answer without paying per person, and you want something simple — nothing new for the team to learn.

Crisp's team answers in Crisp's inbox. Human Reply's team answers in the Telegram group it already has.
Crisp
Your team signs in to Crisp on the web or on its phone apps, and the plan decides how many of you can: two on the free plan, four on Mini, ten on Essentials. Crisp is a good inbox; it is still one more place to be.
Human Reply
No extra app and no add-ons: your team answers where it already is. Each chat opens as its own topic in your group, with the lead card at the top: the page and the item they were looking at, where they came from, how many times they've visited. Claim, Won and Lost sit on the card. Whoever is free replies from their phone, and the reply shows on your site.
Crisp counts the seats. Human Reply counts nothing — whoever is in the group can answer.
Crisp
The plan sets the seats, so the fifth person to help out means the next plan up: two on Free, four on Mini, ten on Essentials. Inside, the inbox has private notes, routing and assignment for teams that want them.
Human Reply
Everyone in the group sees every chat, and whoever is free answers — replying is what claims it, so nobody answers twice. The Desk board says who is available, Won or Lost closes a chat in one tap, and the dashboard shows how each person did: chats picked up, how fast the first reply went out, how many were won. Add a colleague to the group and they can answer; the bill doesn't notice.
Crisp is a broad inbox with its seats set by the plan. Human Reply does one job, from the app your team already has, for one price.

| Getting started | Sign up, add the widget, invite the seats the plan allows | Five guided steps, about ten minutes, then the bubble goes on your site |
Crisp is flat per workspace, which is fair — until the team outgrows the seats the plan allows, and the flat price steps up. Human Reply has one price whoever answers.

Crisp's free plan is a real one, and for one or two people it may be all you need. The price in this table is the plan whose seats fit the team; the features step up with it — private notes and a custom email domain from Mini, routing and analytics from Essentials.

Crisp is the better choice when the inbox itself is the point.
Human Reply fits a team that already lives in Telegram, wants everyone to be able to answer, and would rather not count seats.
Set it up in about ten minutes, then answer the first chat from your phone.
