It looks like your site

The bubble takes your site's font and your colour, in light or dark, so it reads as part of your page.

  • Name and logo. They start as your site's name and icon. Change either.
  • Language. It speaks your site's language and every word can be customised.
  • Phones. On a phone the chat opens full screen.

A new topic in Telegram with Lena's lead card: waiting 0:12, the Garden suite page, from google.com, second visit, her question, and Claim under itA claimed topic in Telegram: the lead card for Jonas with a link to an earlier conversation, Won and Lost under it, Giselle's replies and a photo from Jonas

Each chat gets its own topic in your team's Telegram

Every chat opens a topic in your team's Telegram group, with a lead card on top, so everyone sees it and one person picks it up.

  • The lead card. The page and item they were looking at, where they came from, how often they've visited, and any earlier chat.
  • Claim, Won, Lost. Tap Claim, or just reply, and the chat is yours. Won or Lost closes it.
  • Read receipts, both ways. React to their message and they see "Seen by" and your name. You see when they've read your reply.

The whole loop, step by step, is on the homepage.

The dashboard, in Webflow too

The app opens your dashboard right in Webflow, and the same dashboard is on humanreply.app.

The Human Reply app open in the Webflow Designer over a band's home page, on its dashboard's Home: the last seven days in numbers

When nobody is free

When nobody is free, the bubble says so and asks the visitor where the reply should go.

  • The ways to reply. WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Instagram or Messenger, whichever you switch on. Your team writes to them from its own account.
  • Hours and auto-away. Set your business hours, and tap I'm available or I'm away in Telegram. Anyone quiet for 45 minutes is marked away.

A person writes every reply. The greeting and the away note are words your team sets.

The bubble when nobody is free: Back tomorrow at 8:00 in the header, the visitor's message marked Delivered, and We'll reply on WhatsAppThe Desk topic in Telegram: the pinned team status board with I'm available and I'm away, and the lines saying who changed their status

From the Webflow Marketplace: install it on your site and approve access. Setup opens in your browser, five guided steps in about ten minutes. Then open Human Reply from the Apps panel in the Designer, press Add to my site, and publish.
Do visitors need Telegram?
No. They chat on your site. Only your team uses Telegram.
Do I need a Telegram Business account?
No. A regular Telegram group with Topics and a bot you make in BotFather. Setup walks you through both.
Which pages is the bubble on?
The page you add it on. To show it on every page, move it into your navbar or footer component.
Does it work on a custom domain?
Yes. It works on your webflow.io address and on your own domain.
Does it slow my site down?
No. The bubble fetches its settings in the background, so your page doesn't wait for it.
What happens when nobody is free?
The bubble says so and asks where the reply should go: WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Instagram or Messenger, whichever you switch on. Your team writes to them from its own account.
How much does it cost?
$12 a month per site, or $10 a month billed yearly. The first seven days are free.
Is Human Reply made by Webflow?
No. Human Reply is made by Hella Fast, LLC.
How do I remove it?
Revoke Human Reply's access under Apps & integrations in your site settings, then publish: the chat leaves with that publish. Delete the Human Reply component to clear the Designer too. Your conversations stay in your Telegram group. To end the plan, cancel from Plan & billing in the dashboard.
